A quick post for a CAS card inspired by this week's Christmas in July Midweek Throwdown.

I punched snowflakes and a hole out of cardstock and used them as stencils, applying ink with Stampin' Up! sponge daubers. And, I went with a non-holiday sentiment for a longer shelf life. Finally, I kept Paula's three-color rule in mind -- although it might not be quite 60:30:10.
